Hehehehehe anyway the past few days interning at Lee & Lee have been absolutely awesome!!!!!! :D :D :D Haha first day was pretty mundane I guess, and nearly froze to death in the freezing cold office, but had a good look at what litigation/dispute resolution lawyers do nevertheless!!!!!Their files are intimidatingly thick but fun to read!!!! :D Haha second day was loads better, had a lot of fun with Alyssa and Yan Xuan in the intern room they stationed us in xD Poor Carmen was alone in the real estate dept!!!!!! :( AND TODAY WAS TOTALLY AWESOME omg seriously man we tagged along with my lawyer (no he's not really my lawyer it just sounds cooler and is easier to say than 'the lawyer in charge of me') to a QC hearing in Supreme Court!!!! :D :D Haha despite the fact that he gave me the papers relating to the case beforehand for me to read I didn't really get what was happening, but it was interesting to watch nevertheless!!!!! :) :) And another associate (don't really know if I should mention names in an open blog :/) joined us for pasting en bloc notices around an en bloc condo!!!!It was really quaint and pretty, what a shame it's going to be torn down! :( Heh it was interesting nevertheless :) :) Oh and my lawyer treated us to awesome lunch at some Japanese restaurant which name I can't remember!!!!THE CHICKEN AND RAMEN WAS SO GOOD ZOMG.Haha I think I was just concentrating on the goodness of the chicken and not really listening to what he was saying about en bloc apartments xD So yeah it was a really really interesting and awesome day!!!!!I'm really considering becoming a lawyer now, not specializing in litigation though, unless I miraculously become a good public speaker in the future... -_- Aw shucks second last day tomorrow :( :( :( I'll miss the offices so much!!And all the staff are super friendly too :( :(
