Spent today at church,going out to Orchard to eat ramen,reading books and frantically Googling out answers to yesterday's theory paper questions whenever I remember any of them :P Turns out I guessed correctly for a few questions (the femur is the biggest bone in the body!I was comparing the sizes of all the given bones in the choices when I was answering the question xD) but I can't remember what I put for the question asking where you check for an unconscious infant's pulse :( The answer's brachial and I can't remember if I put that or carotid -_- And coronary heart disease is apparently the second most common cause of death in Singapore,and since that sounds like heart attack I think I answered correctly :D Somehow I can't remember any of the practical-based questions and just all these weird questions :/ ANYWAY I should stop obsessing over this!!!!!! -_-
Just woke up from a three-hour nap ;) Wow OBS really drained away my energy and replaced it with laziness.Haven't touched my books at all. :/ Thank goodness all the tests I'm taking this week are skills-based.

Today was awesome!!!!!! (: (: FAC went well,I'm 100% sure everyone did their very best and I'm incredibly proud of everyone,whether or not we get into finals!!!! :D I think I could've done better for theory,but never mind...live with no regrets,yes? (:
Afterwards FAC sec 2s and 3s and supporters went out to Pastamania to eat lunch!It was really fun and my Chicken Ham Cheesy Crumble was really nice!!!!! :D Walked around for a bit after that and then went home and had my first nice long nap since after OBS :D Hopefully my eye bags'll disappear soon :/
Ah I need more sleep my eyes are drooping closed again :( Bye.

I loved/hated the (approximately) 9-hour 18 km sea expedition kayaking around Pulau Ubin.
I loved/hated the (approximately) 7-hour 12 km land expedition around the island.
SO MANY AWESOME MEMORIES ~~~~~ And I managed to climb to the top of the rock wall!!!!!Along with like 3/4 of my group,but still!!!! :D And belaying is freaking fun!Now I'm quite sad we didn't get a chance to try abseiling or any other shiz like that :(

AHHH I'm suddenly so excited for OBS :D :D :D :D :D :D Hope I'll get to do a lot of sea activities!I'll definitely prefer that much more than land activities! :/ Any height elements like abseiling or rock-climbing will definitely make me go

But since part of OBS is about stuff like overcoming your fears,exceeding your own expectations etc, I guess I'll attempt to overcome my fear of heights!At least I'll have Nicolette there to freak out over height elements with! :D

Ahhhhh Evac Gold accreds was so bloody awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D I love Evac Gold!It's so damn fun!Especially over/under! :D The VIs were really really helpful and nice too! (: On a related note I'm wondering if I should join VIP :/ I want to join,but I'm scared there's a lot of commitments and shiz!Ah but if my parents agree I think I'll join,if I don't fail the VIP interview or something (is there such a thing...? :P).Ahem digression.Anyway I'm very surprised to see that I passed MOI -_- I think I just passed though,since Hong Zhou sir commented that I'm not very confident (or something along that line) and he's marking largely based on that :O Haha well it's no big secret that I'm a really sucky teacher!!Improvised stretchers and over/under obs were really fun,I really want to do everything all over again! :D :D
After Evac went to J8 with Alyssa,Amanda and Xuan Yi to eat,which was really cool!I love my levelmates!!!! ;) Haha it's like I'm pretty quiet around people I don't know,but around levelmates or people I'm comfortable with my 'go-crazy' mode gets turned on! :P
Darn.OBS the day after tomorrow.I'm really not looking forward to sleeping in tents and not bathing. -_- Hope I'll survive it and the running around all over the place part it won't be as tiring as RCYC!And I should start packing...tomorrow.

I SURVIVED A SIX-TEST WEEK WITHOUT ANY NOTICEABLE PERMANENT INJURIES!!!!!YAY ME!!!!!!!! :D
Errr,I did quite okay by my lousy Physics standards,got highest in my class with 37/40! (: But I'm in band three so er...yeah :P I hope they don't move me to a higher band though :/ I think the reason why I'm doing quite well for my sciences this year so far are mostly cos of my awesome teachers, especially Mr Chin!!!His teaching style suits me really well,while the other Physics teachers seem to go either really fast (as I've observed in lower sec) or defines Physics by formulas and not by Ferraris as Mr C does! :P EL went okay,Bio was really flippin' hard so I will really be quite glad if I get a few marks above passing,Chinese and Geog were okay,Chem was just slightly harder than the last test,and I'm relatively happy about my French petit test results! (: Although the excited reactions of the RGS girls after they received their marks did dampen my mood a bit. -_-
FAC this week was cool! 8D Shiiiiiz last training is freaking over!So bloody scary! D: I don't know if I'm gonna have time to study next Friday after OBS since directly after I come back I have Chinese tuition!So I'm gonna cram everything related to theory in by this weekend!Wish me luck :P And I'm super super scared for Evac Gold tomorrow,I think I'll fail MOI,like seriously. -_- Hope we get a really really really light casualty!

Blah finally finished Cells for Bio!Shall take a VERY VERY VERY STRICT (hopefully) 15 minute break before moving on to Movement of Substances and then rerevising Physics!
Yesterday was pretty awesome!Got peer-pressured by Alyssa, Amanda and Xuan Yi to become Alpha IC but it wasn't so bad,actually :P Went for MOI first, and frankly it's bloody boring but I'm scared I'll fail that component cos I really really suck at public speaking :( Improvised stretcher was much more fun, but the most fun part was over/under obs! :D :D :D They changed over obs quite a bit, especially the moving hands part :O Hahahaha the first time my group did it I checked obstacle and the second time Amanda checked and both of us stamped on the table like shit and the VI commented that we're super violent!!So funny!!!!!!! :D Ahem anyway.Under obs was fun too, I think I prefer under to over!It's so exciting and fun! :P For the first time since I first did under I got er, not exactly bruises but little dots of purple around my upper arm!Stupid stretcher handles.
6 tests this coming week.Thank goodness it's the only week this year we're gonna have this many tests!I'll refrain from blogging this week to concentrate on studies/FAC! (: Darn only 5 minutes left kthxbye

French just now was super tiring.Petit test was okay,I guess?And Monsieur Kou kept picking on me and laughing at my mistakes! :( But the rest of the day was pretty good! Aish can't believe school's started :( At least we'll be getting another 'break' for OBS!I'm kind of looking forward to it actually! :D Except the whole bathing thing and the presence of many height elements (I have a fear of heights! :( ) :P
Anyway.Amaths test today was pretty okay,except that I didn't have time to do question 3(ii)!!! D: I skipped the whole question at first since I had no idea how to do it but at the last 5 minutes I figured out the way for part 1 but didn't have time for part 2 :( Hope I can get at least a 22/25!! :/
On to emaths then.Thank goodness negative and fractional indices aren't tested.I desperately need more practice for those!Bye!

Dinner yesterday was really fun! :D When Maylizabeth and Jessica reached the food still wasn't ready yet so we talked for an hour in my tiny study room and they're really really really nice and funny!!!!! :D :D So sad Maylizabeth didn't get in RC even though she applied... :( Jessica's in though so yay!!!Dinner was good,and they stayed for about half an hour after dinner to talk some more before going back to their hostel ~

Oh my goodness I feel so very lazy. :(
Had an awesome day out with Jan and Xuan Yi! Went to Jan's house and watched Monk and played Monopoly Deal and ate very very very nice homemade chocolate cake and then we went out and walked around Orchard for a bit and went to other malls in the vicinity and ended up at Sogurt near Coronation Plaza and bought yogurt and XUAN YI WON A PRIZE cos she took exactly 200 g of yogurt and toppings (Sogurt charges customers based on the weight of the yogurt/toppings we take!) and then all three of us ended up taking a picture for the Sogurt FB fan page which was totally random and cool then after that we ate and played some more Monopoly Deal and then we went home! :D
And I hope reunion dinner's going to be nice!Maylizabeth from my class and a 3CO scholar is coming to my house for the dinner! :) Which means that my house's designed-for-four dinner table will have to fit...13 people.Nice... -_-
